Can I somehow manage the additions to the forums, some things I would not prefer / use. Thx

I see I can edit the scrtip, but I would rather have checkboxes to tick on / off ;)...

I have not added a settings screen/menu yet, and I was actually surprised nobody asked for it so far. I will keep it in mind and add something of the sort in a future release.

Just an FYI, the zkb integration can be made simpler too, rather than "search" you can do

Also thanks for the tip, Squizz! Using the search greatly simplifies the URL coding (more copy-paste yay) but I may optimize in the future to save the zKillboard guys a couple processor cycles.

I tried reinstalling greasemonkey, reinstalling EFG 0.3.0, and disabling all other add-ons but no luck so far.

Nonetheless, thank you so much for sharing this extremely useful script :)

Hmm, I'll check it out. It shows up in Chrome for me, but I do not have access to Firefox at the moment. Thanks for letting me know. I will have a patch out soon addressing that and a couple other problems I identified (such as the "canned post" button opening up two canned post dialogs).

Looking good so far, though the width of the forum is not modified to take advantage of the entire RL screen width. The old/original greasemonkey script (still on my work PC's firefox) did this. Any plan for this, or tips for where to make any appropriate modifications?

The 'go to last read' appears to be broken in general on this forum - I believe this was supposed to be the 'star' icon but that's not working either.

Also, I tend to right-click and open links etc in new tabs. Does this break any of the features (since you're modifying via js).

One last one - No-Nom does not work in quick post.

Thankfully the forum's Draft feature does (when timed right). Cool

Would be awesome if you would keep a session alive on forums... now sometimes you have a few tabs with forum threads open, and you have to refresh before applying likes.

I will consider adding this as a feature. It's not that hard to do, but it will probably have to wait until I finish some sort of toggling/management for what features you actually want to use. For some people (like myself), having a page stretch its text all the way across the screen rather than in a limited box actually has a negative impact upon readability. It's a fascinating topic for web and print designers.

I use a lot of tabs too, and breaking tabbing support would be unfortunate. As of right now everything works tabbed-wise except for the "no external link warning" feature in Greasemonkey (Firefox). Trying to open a new tab with the link still displays a warning and I can't help that. A regular click opens the link in a new tab without a warning, though, and that's the most I can do.

Indeed it doesn't. It's not trivial to add it either, because of a difference in page structure, but I can put that on the backlog. No guarantee that it'll get implemented (the number of people who use the quick reply box is quite low AFAIK) but I will keep it in mind.

I'm not sure what you're saying. Do you mean you have to log in? Or, you have to refresh to see changes in likes/posts?

I can't help the former, but a big feature I want to get to someday is live-updating threads and the forum list itself. Is that what you are referring to?

(There may be some term confusion, since "session" means something very specific in web development and that's what comes to mind for me)

In other news, expect an update over this weekend, particularly for the bugs in Firefox features.

You are still logged in, but when you want to interact with forum if they are opened (for say an hour), you have to F5 before you can interact again.

Suggestion;

Make a button like the "first dev post" button, that goes to the SEARCH snapin on bottom, and browse dev posts that way. Would be cool to find dev posts from the end of a thread backwards.

I'm not sure what's changed with the forums but I've noticed that the script (version 0.3.0) doesn't seem to be working for me in Firefox 30.0. I'm not getting any of the features to work. I only noticed this today when I went to post a reply and saw that the 'No-Nom' post option was missing. In addition there are no user links, Post Inspector, etc. I've relaunched both Greasemonkey and Firefox, toggled the script off and on, refreshed the forum pages but still no joy. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Could ForumGold maybe find a way to display all pages from https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=mytopics as 1 page, I hate searching favorited topic and then have to research each page.
