confused regarding server updates

I've been using Sisi for a few months, albeit inactively. Theres one issue that's really confusing me though, and it is that my character on Sisi still has skills missing that i have trained on Tranq, and also has skills that i trained on Sisi but not on Tranq. i was under the impression that Sisi would regularly update with Tranq. Yet my character is eternally behind on skills. Is there something i'm missing?

TQ pulls are fairly infrequent (quarterly?) ... so, we should be getting one sometime around July/August (unless CCP's already announced they're pulling stuff over and I just missed it).

ah thats great news. I last subscribed around january and i was just late, so i'm glad to hear it's coming soon.
