So what is current formula now, after Kronos?

I get: 92.4% yield

I am refining at a station with Base Yield: 50%

My skills are:

Refining: 5
Refinery Efficiency: 3
Ice Harvesting: 3
Ice Processing: 0

No implants. But I would like to know the formula so I know which one to start with and if implant is worth the trouble and price.

So how I can get faster, cheaper and easier to more yield? What is the new formula?

The current formula is:
Yield = Station Equipment + 0.375 x (1 + Refining skill x 0.02) x (1 + Refining Efficiency skill x 0.04) x (1 + Ore Processing skill x 0.05)

Yields above 100% are maxed at 100%.
Most highsec stations have a 50% Station Equipment value, although some are only 35%
Note: You need high standings (>6.67) with the NPC corp that owns an NPC station, or they will tax you too.

The formula used today will not be the formula used at the end of next month. CCP is making major changes to industry with the Crius release.

From their Changes to Reprocessing dev blog the future formula will be:

Yield = Station Equipment x (1 + Refining skill x 0.03) x (1 + Refining Efficiency skill x 0.02) x (1 + Ore Processing skill x 0.02) )

This yield will never reach 100%.
Station Equipment value will vary from 50% (Most stations) to 60% (Fully upgraded Sov Nullsec Outposts)
Also, they are changing the base materials contained in a unit of ore / ice at the same time. See the dev blog for more information.
