Now, don't count him out yet...he has 8 mil in science, 2.8 mil in corp management, 2.6 mil in industry, 1.6 mil in social and 4.1 mil in spaceship...
But!!! He has a total of 175 skills learned already, including but not limited by:

- Corp management: 5 out of 7, with management, megacorp and empire control on 5, anchoring 5 in 4 1/2 days.
- Drones: All drone skills apart from capital ones and electronic warfare
- electronics: 13 out of 21, including cloaking 4, electronics and electronics upgrades to 5
- engineering: 11 out of 19, including most basic skills learned to lvl 1
- industry: 27 out of 32, refining skills at 5, production at 5, mining at 5 and industry at 5
- leadership: 6 out of 14, all basic warfare skills learned
- mechanics: 19 out of 23, including most basic skills and some rigging learned as well as capital construction
- navigation: 8 out of 10, only missing JDC and JFC
- science: 35 out of 55, let's say alot of skills learned, 10 research slots and 4 production slots available, including cybernetics at 5
- social: 6 out of 10, connections, negotiation and social on 5, diplomacy at 5 in 2 1/2 days
- spaceship command: 18 out of 60, including advanced spaceship trained, as well as gallente freighter, exhumers at 5, gallente industrial at 5, BC trained, transportship trained.
- trade: 7 out of 13, accounting, broker relations, contracting, daytrading, marketing and retail on 2, trade on 4

So there ya go, alot of iskies already spent on getting the skills in his head :)

Some other things that can be notifiable:
- full set of +4's + hardwiring (6% less cap on warp, 3% less cap on mwd and 3% hull hp bonus
- 1 jumpclone, clean
- great standings with the following factions:
* servant sisters: 7.96
* gallente federation: 7.94

* federation navy: 8.57
- Has 5 R&D agents, 4 x lvl 4, 1 x lvl 3 (constant and free income), [upon request, RP will stay on the character]

- 3 neural remaps available
- only 3 losses in it's lifetime, being a shuttle a noob ship and a pod.

- only been in 2 corps total (noob and a non-existent one
- clone for 32.8 mil SP

Price....hmm...tricky.

I've been appraised at 5.3b, but I'm sure it's a little underestimated for the potential + skills learned + unallocated SP.

So let's say 6b to get us started with a buy-out of whatever you feel should get you the deal :)
