Looking for a char that will do really well in a WH on his own or in a group?
Maybe you just need a char that can run anomalies and PLEXs in 0.0 fast.

This is the char you have been looking for.

http://i.imgur.com/8nHChQh.png Here is a nice and cheap fit that you can use. If you wanna make insane isk, thats how to do it.

You can ofc run in any 0.0 you want to, just change the harders correct and it will be a breeze.

Cap stable 51%, 1270 tank, 625 ms and almost 600 dps.
The fit is 568 mil and the implants about 100 mil (estimated).
You can make it cheaper by using meta AB, Shield Amp and upgrade later ofc.

If you want to use this as an alt to your pvp main it can fly covert cyno falcons, covert ops tengus when you arnt making isk with it.
