I don't think he knows how to change it.

I guess it's stuck that way forever....or until an update makes the feature easier to find.

Actually if House played Eve the battles would all last for an hour, and would be decided in the last 8 minutes only after removing Cancer, Amyloidosis, Kowasaki's, Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, Sarchoidosis, Lupus and Chase's screw-ups as the battle cause and finding that the real culprit was the sniffles.



Edit: Also, Vicodin would be added as a combat booster.
