Everytime i open the Launcherand it Updates some files i wonder, what the hell did they change/fix or break today.

Is there a Page or a Post or somethink like this, where i can find the current SiSi build patch notes?

There are no patchnotes for the testserver builds. Read the last dev posts and you may get an idea what changed since the last patch.

i know i can read the last dev blogs, but i dont think there will be things like * fixed crash to desktop when sound enabled* in it.

Read the last dev posts and you may get an idea what changed since the last patch. Or check it all yourself, make a new thread and update it constantly with alle changes you discover. This way you could not only generate patchnotes for yourself, but for everyone interested, too.
