EVE New Citizens Q&A

Well I went through and upgraded my trial account and picked the Sarum Magnate as my ship and paid. Entered game and got the Reaper ship they give you. Went through tutorial all the way. But where is my Sarum Magnate? I went into Captains Quarters and checked under the Ships list ad all I have is my Reaper.

In game, hit Esc, and on the lower left of the window, click Redeem items. Do this in the station where you want the ship.

Oh looks like they moved it, must have been in a recent patch. So click on the neocom menu (upper left of screen), mouse over the inventory menu there then select the redeem items icon. I don't see it in the ESC menu any longer at all, unless it appears if something is in the item list waiting to be redeemed. But if not there, then just use the neocom menu.

It was moved as of Kronos and is now in the inventory category of the Neocom menu
