login screen issues

with the current client on TQ we have the returning issue of the background animations not stopping on log in attempt which makes the animation stutter (and slows down my client a fair bit)

the log in screen itself takes a while to load up the background animation which seems to slowdown the ability to try and log in

also it seems the client is trying to load the EULA window every time the client starts and then realizes it doesn't need to and closes it again making the (see through) window popup for a second then disappear further lagging the client

a fix would be nice in the coming days

my client has been flickering the screen then going black for some time (sometimes 30 seconds) before the login screen shows up. And its been doing this for nearly a year. I've mentioned this before, but apparently the fix is to ignore it. The EULA window popping up every time is new.

i use the "fixed window" setting and that clears the flickering that i got for the last 6 months

white flickering on launcher now back and on the "fixed window" setting
still takes ages to load the background and lags when it does

Please submit a bug report including your DXDiag after ensuring you are on latest GFX drivers.

Please make the login box have focus when you open client. It is kind of annoying having to click the box every time now.
