Duel - add a set "price"

Hey

i just noticed if u invite ppl to a duel - you cant set a price for the winner!
So you fight another and one dies - one dont - and thats it. U might get a module out of it but its not worth the risk.

If you could make a price tag like "Duel ME and WIN 10million" .
Even better would be if the joining person has to pay/hold that same amount of money to get into it .... or a %-tage of that.

So if you want to duel for 10m. The person that joins has also to have 10m OR LESS money (depending on settings of challenger).
"Duel me and win 10m! - 3 mil fight cost"! ....

So if the challenger wins - he earns 3 million.
If he loses - he dont gets 3 million and has to pay 10million.

So. Support this thread and become the new big profit hunter ;)

ps. later on we might also make a howle "bet system" based on that ?
like ppl from out side could throw money on who ever they think will win this!
bevor the fight starts there will be a 30 sec counter - you can set on A or B and than the cash gets (after removing a small fee) split up to the ppl that tipped right.

ofc this is just for 1v1 duels!! (and should be capped for ... idk. 10m for the start) :p

But how do you enforce an actual fight?

If I pay 3m for the chance to get 10m from you when I win the duel, you can just stay docked or cloaked or hide and I lose my isk and you keep yours.

Agreeing to a duel does not mean you agree to be stuck in a fight-to-the-death gladiator arena. It means you agree to open hostilities with each other, but neither of you has to engage should the situation not suite you.

Just have it so a duel contract is set up.

If Player A wins: [items/ISK/nothing] given to Player B.
If Player B wins: [items/ISK/nothing] given to Player A.

If the duel ends without a winner the contract expires and nothing happens.

this and betting system could be so exploited though. just put billions on ur man to win and the gank the other guy/RR ur buddy.

the risk of such would make this as under utilised as the shares system.
