The shooting pain into your kidneys and lower back is typical of testicular pain. It might be due to it being rarely experienced in childhood, thus making it difficult for your brain to map it correctly. From what you describe, I'm pretty sure the problem is just with the testicle.

I had symptoms a lot like that not too long ago. I think mine was just swollen, not sure what caused it but it went away in a few days. I determined it was probably just swollen because it was slightly larger than usual and mostly tender when touched in just the right way, but fine if undisturbed.

It's probably nothing, but do what everyone else said just in case.

hmm well I've had EMT training. My only question that comes to mind, when this took place did it seem like your voice went... lower?

heheWell otherwise, sounds more like a strain... but you never know, you could be days away from certain death. If you don't die, try drinking more purified water, prune juice (bleck) or cranberry juice (better), pref not those sweet kool-aid type brands they sell for two bucks a bottle. Not so much coffee or alcohol either, or milk. I'd say go to a doctor, but I wouldn't jump on that right away, myself, I've had such as this come and go. But some people really like doctors, and all their quackery hehe... though some are ok. Well I'm not saying don't go, just that I wouldn't myself, but unless your balls just dropped you are probably old enough to figure out what is right for you without communal think tank discussions. If you haven't been for a checkup in some time, well maybe even more reason to get checked out.

I mean look at Reaver, looks like he hasn't had a checkup in some while now and he went bald..

I'm in it for the money
