passive mode idea

I feal that us eve players should have a option not to be shot at so we can game in peace and trade or whatever. please hit the like button so we can make this idea happen

Your request is completely contrary to what EVE is. This is a game where anyone can at any time mess someone else's day up. That's the heart and soul of EVE.

p.s. If your CEO and/or corp-mates didn't warn you about the wardec and what it meant, they're the ones at fault. If they did, well....

This would be a direct violation to the first rule of EVE.

ive been here long enough to know that pvp is a forced choice and eve should give us the option not to be shot down and i bet you get fed up of afk docking sometimes

Nope. Because that is what makes EVE interesting. Everyone is a potential target... every day, at any time, for any reason. It makes you think more... just like in chess.

There is a passive mode. Just click the 'Dock" button.

You're attempting to apply the optional-PVP model of other MMOs to this one. It works for those games but that isn't what EVE is about.

Taken right from CCP's EVE online FAQ:

"7.2 CAN I AVOID PVP COMPLETELY?
No; there are no systems or locations in New Eden where PvP may be
completely avoided." "So it will be up to a pilot to remain
vigilant wherever they may be flying and be ready for anything at any time."

the option is already there; it's called not undocking.

I never said shut down pvp & i don't play shooter games i like games where you have no limts hence why i tryed eve online
