CCp Exefile has stopped working

hi wondered if anyone can help i log into sisi warp to the gate and i get the error CCp Exefile has stopped working
the funnest thing is i have another toon on the account i can log that 1 into eve and fly around with no error messages its just this toon everytime i log in i get booted off

try disabling sound. that has caused a few problems recently
