New production array on sisi

I`ve seen on sisi production array for ls only with 10 % ME redutction on all. Is it rly going to be introduced:?

nightmare....i will suggest to chnage it to 5 % ME max like fully upgraded outpost.

Outpost cost is 80b with upgrades?

And to manage sov u need more afford?

You're meaning the Thukker Component Assembly Array?

Which says 'construction components' can be manufactured. That's a very specific set of things.

The outpost that currently takes days to take over, after gridning SOV, and that is currently completely indestructible requiring no fuel to maintain/operate/use?

POS has more risk, therefore mroe benefit.
