Tournament ships missing

Dear CCP,

it seems the folks are having a blast with tournament ships, which they will never see on Tranquility, on SiSi.

Yet some of them are missing in the market.

Please seed the other tournament ships and rebalance the Adrestia and Raven State Issue with the overheat bonus and capacitor bonus respectivly.
