Am I supposed to be able to bid on a team? Currently I can not.

Also it is my understanding that teams get randomized after 3 week period. If this is the case why does it show the teams that I am trying to bid on being in a certain system. Shouldn't they be sitting in limbo, waiting to be deployed?

Make sure you press Enter/Return after typing the system name. The game needs to have the system first before you can click on the "Bid" button.

I guess they sit in "limbo" in those systems and then get transferred to the system which won the auction.
