I am here to request a loan of 1.2 Billion isk, collateralized. The Collateral is 2 drake bpo's. I am requesting a loan, to finance my ratting ship for 0.0 sec. My alliance rents a nullsec system, and has a fleet up protecting ratters and miners, making the investment very safe. The blueprints have a month's worth of research on them. I will be happy to answer any questions regarding this loan.

Good to see you are offering collateral.
quick insight however how BPO collateral usually works: we don't count research perfomred on BPO's as extra value, NPC value is all that matters. to top it off, full collateral means NPC value +10%. in case of your drake BPO's it would mean a max loan of 1,05Bil. reason for this is that in the past people would use "loans" as a masked way of getting rid of their blueprints. also this enables the loaner to, in case of a default, quickly turn over the BPO's into liquid isk without losing too much on it. plus the interest rate is covered this way.

TLDR: 1.2B for 2 drake BPO's is cutting it a bit short. try 1.05 and you should be fine!

Not the best written gloat I have heard, with the ME re sold them for 600mil each making my money back, not sure why he scammed for about the value of the actual items, no win, no loss. I think this is my weirdest encounter in Eve thus far in terms of lending!

They seem awfully close in name/corp

however the other is trying to raise his rep this one "scammed" what equated to 0 isk, he effectively just sold items to me directly then got all triumphant over it lol

Could be the same guy using different angles to find the best return in the future.

He doesn't seem overly smart in his response to you. This also helps lead me to believe he'd make the mistake of posting with characters with similar names and similarly named corps in history.
