Being extremely generous i'd say 3.7 Bil.

Near 9 mil SP though not specialised whatsoever, complete mix of combat & industry.

Awesome thanks, thats what i was kind of noticing that there was no specialization. I got to that part late when i started leaning more towards the missile stuff. Thank you Again.
