WTB Amarr/Gallente char

Looking for an amarr/gallente char. It can either be a spec in either race, or a char that has trained in both. Very little interest in Caldari, and not too fussed about matar - if char has the main 2 and some matar training thats fine

Preferably a char with very good skills in: Tanking; shield and armour, gunnery, engineering, drones (you get the idea...). All chars will be considered though, if it has an appealing name to me and decent skill direction for the SP.

If just linking an Eveboard I would appreciate a specification of likely relative price range.
