[Question] Power of 2 Promotion and Character Transfers

All,

Using a second Skill Queue I background trained an alt on my current account for Industry/Mining stuff and have recently decided to go ahead and move them to another account so I can Dual-Box the character.

Is this possible with the Power of 2 promotion?

Found mixed information on line from the forums and Google so any clarification would be awesome.

Yes, it's possible... if you pay for it.

Power of 2 gives you access to a fresh 2nd account.
After you gained access to it you can then transfer your Indy toon to the new account which will cost you 2 PLEX.

However, considering how new you are you should ask yourself if it's worth it to invest that amount.

There are two options for a character transfer, costing either two plex or 20 USD. (RL money option is cheaper in this case)

Make the new account with the promotion and then visit the account management website to transfer your character.

I have an account just for training alts, which I transfer to my other accounts.
