Number of Dayz Remaining on the Welcome Screen hisec no stacking penal

Hi,

I am not new player but i use 2 acconts so i ask here hope help comes.

first account shows number of days remaining on the welcome screen if u undock or docked regardless top left corner at character selection.

second account does not show this counter. soz my anglais is bad but anywan nows how can i look the counter in the sexond accont also?

It's only there if you paid with plex.

The counter only shows for accounts that are not on recurring payment.

Account paid with credit card will not show remaining days, since you credit card is billed automatically when your current paid subscription expires.

Account paid with PLEX will show remaining days since it's a non-recurring payment.

second things i play with plex in both accounts.

The system is stupid, not you.

As for it only showing up for non recurring payments, I can infirm that. I pay for one of my accounts with a non-recurring paypal order each month and it still doesn't show me the remaining time. It seems to only be active for PLEX.

However, if you pay for both accounts with PLEX, then that's a bit strange. Are you sure there's not something different about one of them? Such as being a Buddy account that hasn't entered its PLEX time interval yet?

second do u say it seems to be only active for plex OR it only seems to be active for plex?

i only pay with plex on both accounts. but one of them is docked right now the other is warping in deeps space. i dont use mods with stacking penalties often. one showz timer the second does not.

It is strange that one would show while the other does not, especially when you pay with PLEX. I can't log in to confirm it right now myself, but perhaps you could file a support ticket to get CCP's attention?

Actually I wanted to be a smartass and use the antonym of "confirm".

But apparently it only exists in my native language and not in English, although "confirm" is identical.

This is not 100% accurate, i have one account which i used to pay with credit card, and switched to paying with plex.

The management page says:

Account Type: Active - Paying with CreditCard
Current Subscription: 1 Month EVE subscription - Cancelled

The account never expired and has remained in this state for the last 6 months or so while i have been using plex, and i also can't see the remaining time on the account.

I'm a relatively respectable citizen. Multiple felon perhaps, but certainly not dangerous.

Do you have a giant secure station container in any highsec system? If you stack PLEX inside one of these the timers will be encucumbered and unavailable for PVP.

Please confirm.

this

when i swaped from cc to plex the account in question didnt show how many days for months, then out of the blue it started showing (less than one day remaining)

my other accounts all payed with plex have always shown amount of days remaining.

For future reference, when you English is bad, tell us what language you do speak at the end of the post. this way, one of us may know the language and give you a clearer answer. (only saying this as I have seen alot of English second or third language players having trouble when asking for help)

Not really any need for that in the case of the OP as her English is fine when she is trolling the Help channel.

I find it particularly funny because infirm has a very different meaning.
