In order to protect hostile takeover of a corp Stock dilution (issue of additional common shares by a corp) should be limited by numbers and time (date). If this is done, corporation CEO's may have less paranoia. What do you think?

Wow why would you do this?

Extra corporation security?

No thanks, I want eve to stay dangerous.
Don't give director roles to people you don't trust.

Why would we need the word trust. Is there such thing as trust in RL and EVE? We don't need it, we just need better systems. Making stock dilutions regulated doesn't make EVE as a safe place. It will always be dangerous no matter how the systems work or not.

If we're talking about free market and corporations, we should change this image. Workers always work better if profit sharing occurs via dividends, and owning corp shares is so important. In this view, issuing new corp shares always discourage share holders and members of the company. This is why we need regulation. The regulation I'm talking about is not only protect shareholder's trust to the corp, it will also protect the flash hostile takeovers (so we don't need paranoid CEOs anymore).
