People don't want to own the space and live there. Well, they want to own it,
but they don't actually want to live there.

That's why there are renters. They live there, because nobody else does.
Where are all the nullseccers who should actually live there?

All away, because of afk cloakers? Doubtfull, no?



That's why there are so many changes that seem to be in favour of NullSec,
but there's only a small chance this will ever actually work out.


Simply because the people won't bother, or because they are cowards.

There's a huge difference between conquering space and then colonizing it.

They did the first, but people refuse to do the latter.
