Character lips change colour

I dont know why, but it happens rather randomly. Whatever colour you choose, after you make a full body preview of your char the lips colour of that char changes to grey or black. It must be server site, cause the change also alters your public character portrait.

Is this a known issue? Its quite annoying cause it totally messes up the portraits on some charac ters.
