Edit: turns out that even rookie ship and shuttle kills can get you a nice ISK efficiency on your KB, And a lot of ISK if the goods drop, I'd say they're completely justified ganks

EVE is a sci-fi universe, not a fantasy world. You should know this by now.

And minerbumping has bumper crops of tears. Every other post is just filled to the brim with RL death threats and sperging from people unable to cope with loss in a video game. You just can't put a value on good entertainment these days.

Maybe he's struggling with the wardec fee, with all the mining barges his "pirate corp" has been losing in Providence. Perhaps CODE. should help him out by putting the dec in for him?

I support the CODE.
Botters that strip systems of belts daily, traders who haul billions AFK and get away with it, Market order spam bots, and the like all deserve the risk CODE adds to the game.

Its a necessary movement, it controls market prices by removing "illegal Ore and Materials", prevents stagnation in the Mining ship markets as they need to constantly be replaced, same with catalysts and the respective mods.

Last year i remember when CODE was a small fry ( or at least seemed to be ), one or two people going around selling permits, ganking miners who refused, and the bumping of course. And today it encompasses several hundred pilots doing something amazing throughout all of High Sec

Its because of CODE high sec becomes a better place, one rebel at a time.
So Join the Movement, or Be consumed by it

The way I look at it, the market isn't a problem because it continues to sit there untouched when you log off. However your mining barge does not continue to mine when you log off, but it does if you go AFK. Likewise your freighter doesn't continue to jump gate to gate when you log off, but it does if you autopilot AFK. Anytime you go AFK you are letting your computer play the game for you. And that isn't good for Eve. When you update your orders then go AFK while in station, then come back and update again, there isn't any difference between that and if you had logged off for that period of time then logged back in to update again. As such, no, market PVP does not count as AFK bot-aspirancy.

also why would code members even go to null sec (with the exception of PvP seeking)? There are no bot-aspirant highsec carebears to gank there. Oh God.

However, if one day Code starts to consider nullbears as bot-aspirants, then it will be a different story.
