So it turns out all or majority of my music is stoner music, excellent for getting high, awful for working out to, sadly I have grown tired of what little decent work out music I have and as a result I stopped working out, at first I figured I had reached my 'limit' and working out wasnt cool, but then checking out a few links (even the Crucible trailer) I had an urge to dance,.. the dance of death.

Anyway I dont watch TV, or movies and well many 'popular' sites seem to have cunts like Justin Beiber as 'good'.

I am not sure I have a specific 'type' of music, I can safely say that ANYTHING Rap, Hiphop, RnB, Dubstep or **** like that by default makes my ears bleed, also mainstream crap by Gaga is a nono.

Last things I thought were cool

Ironically crucible trailer (in EVE trailer NOT the original)
That new Maroon 5 song (who btw sounds better live)

Hmm havent really heard anything else in 6 months :/

Oh and top songs get 100 mil each etc

How can you not like the gaga?

Anything hotblooded tends to get the juices flowing.

There is something about Gaga that always reminds me of Madonna to the point where a min in any of her songs I start listening to Madonna

Oh I should mention that I rarely find foreign music bad so feel free to link anything Oriental, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish etc

I kindda have a unique taste, saying that Britney managed to impress me twice in 2 of her songs :O

I dunno work out work out or run/cardio workout? I personally like music that helps me zone out when running unless im running intervals to up the tempo. Sometimes dont mind classical for longer runs etc.

But for lifting or pullups/pushups/abs different story.

recently ive liked more electronic stuff. deadmau5 ghosts n stuff, not exactly. Pogo, the ending title from Tron.

Actually it's probably easier to e-mail you a text list than anything.

Nice stuff

Keep them coming

I wasnt kidding about foreign music btw, in fact looking at my play count, most songs with lyrics on my comp arent even English

Foreign eh? An Israeli friend told me about this guy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mHglfyQOd2s

I dunno if Florence and the machine counts either, but a handful of those songs are fun to run to. "dog days." "Kiss with a fist."

If I go to the gym, I usually don't like to be listening to music... I lose focus....

Ah a thread I can relate to :)
Hardware: Ipod Shuffle 1 GB (first gen)
Best mp3 player for working out imo, you need something simple, compact, sans stupid screen and durable + strong belt clip.
I use it for the gym while lifting weights/cardio and also when I'm in the woods running some trails :)

Tracks:

Workout Part 1
Workout Part 2
Workout Part 3

While I know tastes differ and some of you might even be going "wtf?" at a few of my choices (Theme from Friends Twisted), they pretty much all suffice in being motivational due to their upbeat, high tempo playstyle. There's also a skip button Cool

...and yes, I enjoy my TV theme songs, so shush !

The only thing I fear, is running out of beer !

Stoner, good beats and regularly metronomic - even to the point of actually playing metronomes.

and i know everyone knows the first tune so skip that and listen to some of the never playeds by 'cool' folk.

"caught on fire a little bit, just a little."

"Delinquents, check, weirdos, check, hippies, check, pillheads, check, freaks, check, potheads, check .....gangs all here!"

I love Science, it gives me a Hadron.

Should also turn this thread into "the weirdest **** you listen while working out."

Lol here's mine, but only for sprint work, and only for reasons I can't explain.
