Hey,

As per the title I am looking for an Amarr specialized toon. That can pilot a Legion very well, with T2 guns and decent armor skills! Also wanting pretty decent leadership skills, mainly in skirmish warfare. Following is a list of highlights I am looking for. Budget is also negotiable!
