It has been brought to my attention that 420Alliance (formerly known as Caldari Miners Union 420) are up to their old tricks again, trying to create a community of weed-obsessed, drooling frybags. Their fail-fits from previous wars should be warning enough to any potential recruits that they are an easy pushover should anyone decide to attack them. You have been warned. That is all.

I believe he refers to smokers who enjoy the usage of Harroule dryweed in their cigs. The most common short name for this particular soothing herb is 'weed' .
