I will find you and flay you alive.

And yes, that's my typical reply to someone who does something daft. I'm surprised HR hasn't been informed.

you haven't lived until you've eaten pizza that has been put in to the empty gap in the server rack to keep warm.

Formerly a Stonemason of excellent repute, nowadays a full time Carer and a part time Angling Guide.

If I could do things a tad different I would of liked to have gone back to "school" over the last decade or so and spent some time learning about computers and the understanding of, so many times I am completely stumped by a PC issue and then there are other times when I truly have no idea what some of the younger Peeps I know are talking about when they talk such tech.
Schooling in the 60`s and 70`s never quite prepared me for Eve :)

Day job is running several computerized manufacturing machines in a small metal fabrication shop. I also do in house IT work andCAD set up.

On the side I do freelance programming, graphic design, security testing, and I've been known to write a thing or two. As a hobby I play around with stocks and make crappy electronic music.

I guess I'm going to be the boring guy here. Sales & Customer Service for an Underground Utility company and general gopher for the boss. I do get to work from home, though....often I wonder if that's a good thing or a bad thing, it has its pros and cons.

You make a valid point, good Sir or Madam.

Im a misanthrope.

People suck!! Evil

Same. I realized this after owning a restaurant for 5 years... I wisely chose a less people oriented career after that. Now I no longer have to conceal my disdain for humanity in order to get paid.

"Yeah, umm... can you start paying me in cash? I don't trust the banks."
*still deadpan stares* "This would not have anything to do with the new child support claim i just got, right?"
"......."
"That would be 5 now, right?"
"............."
"Sorry, but i cannot help you. Might i suggest being more careful?"
"*******, you can't talk to me like that! I'll file a complaint."
*point to the cubicle next to me* "HR is there. Good luck."

My daddy run away too. Some day I will get filthy rich and I will get into that sikret circle that organizes hunting for a ultimate game. And I will give them his address on the back of big fat check for "appliances" Twisted

Full time caregiver for my 90 yr old Mom, pay is non-existant and can't really participate in any group activities in Eve or IRL because she comes first.

Still the most rewarding thing I've ever done. "They" gave her 2 weeks to live when I got here over 18 months ago, so I guess I am doing ok.

Prior to saving my Mom from a nursing home I was a merchant marine Captain.

Quoted from Doc Fury: "Concerned citizens: Doc seldom plays EVE on the weekends during spring and summer, so you will always be on your own for a couple days a week. Doc spends that time collecting kittens for the on-going sacrifices, engaging in reckless outdoor activities, and speaking in the 3rd person."
