@OP: I tried taking the survey. It's too high for me. I've never asked myself this "what is meta game" question. For me, everything game-related is game-related. Does that make it meta-gaming? No idea. I don't care.

I don't understand how you're writing a master thesis about an empty shell of a word. If you don't know what meta-gaming is, maybe it doesn't exist. Then how can you write a master thesis about it?

It's like writing a master thesis about "guarblegarblechoochoo", then asking people what it is with random questions. This isn't science what you're doing, bro.

On the second page I see this. I'm a little groggy and my tea hasn't sunk in but I think it doesn't make any sense.

It's the followup question of the previous one :) a Google form needs to separate pages to properly create "paths" of various possible answers. Its just like code : you said Yes here => you go to page X. You said No => you go to page Y.

Hope it's not as confusing anymore :)
