What do I pay those slaves for if they are gonna let my prized Apocalypse get all dingy and dirty! Ok I don't pay them but that is besides the point.
Where is the nearest battleship washing station? This dusty grey and tarnished brown plating makes me hang my head in shame. The great Amarr empire is signified with its bright polished gold armor with a proper sandy desert undertone. Even those Blooddrinking heratics have more distinction in their ships, even if they are showing the age of their rusted out relics.

Get used to it.

Now, more than ever, we need a dislike button.

It's not that you have to pay them — it's that you need to run them through the autowash at least once a month, or the accumulated goop will just fall off them as they try to polish your ship (it also has the benefit that you don't have to spend as much on keeping them hydrated).

Oh, and stay away from the battleship washing stations — those things just ruin the paint job.

My god... you just gave me an idea.

This game needs ship washes. GTA IV style. Gotta keep that vehicle pimpin' shiny!

Alternately, veterans could take pride in having battle-scarred, pock-marked ships. The more battles you survive, the more it reflects on your hull.

This would be a cool feature as long as we can get our ships looking proper again I really hope this isnt the look they plan to bring to all the amarr ships.

I prefer the GTA: Vice City type ''car washes''. They reset your sec status to 0.0.

I'd get my trasher painted blue and be all ''Nothing to see here, officer''

It looks like that colour scheme will be on all the Amarr ships. The Impairor has been updated with the same gold, bronze and grey colours.

I can't say I'm a fan of the grey colour on them and would have prefered the off white colour to offset the gold, which seems more in line with the golden fleet references. The grey just makes them look dull.

Nex (Cash Shop) / Aurum - removing sand from the sandbox since Incarna. Currently the only use for aurum is to buy virtual items in the in-game store, but Cockerill expects to expand its uses in the future.

Quite possibly, but remember they haven't been V3'd yet, which could change the look a great deal.

Look at the V3'd caldari ships then realise that all ships are going to look like grey blobs in the future, my shiney drake turned all dark and grey :(

Yea the stark contrast of "poo brown" kinda sways me away from those ships now. Couldn't we have gone with a brighter shade instead?

And as for the custom color idea, can I have a bright green with pink trim?

Meh the Paladin didn't get hurt as badly. The body color I think is way too Cheddar yellow, Navy Apoc yes does still look good, will agree there. Am a little sad that the Oracle asumingly has the V3 shaders since its a new model and it has the propper coloring still with the tan and gold. Will be interesting to see what the Vizam ships look like with their green shells.

Please get the amarr ships looking right again.

Terrible, just look at the Devoter. It looks like it's covered in moss.
