Looking to buy a toon that is specc'ed to one race (preferably Amarr) and capable of flying a carrier/dread.

Things I'm looking for:

Arrow Good Gunnery Skills
Arrow Support skills should be a MINIMUM of 4, preferably 5
Arrow JDC 5/JDO 5/JFC 4
Arrow No wasted skills in Industry
Arrow Good names
Arrow Female character

Perks:

Arrow Marauders already trained
Arrow T2 weapons already trained

You don't have to be a super high SP character. Last toon I bought had 40m and was an excellent addition. In fact, I'd almost prefer it be no more than about 70m SP.

Budget: 40b
