Budget is mid-range, looking for around 10-15m SP mostly in drones and space ship command. Either shield or armor. Prefer Gallente Carrier 5; however, 4 is acceptable. Also Fighters 5 and Advanced Drone Interfacing is a plus.

I'd like to see some other offers before jumping to a decision, but it does indeed look good. I would prefer however that Gallente Carrier be 4, but it's no big deal.

I will go ahead and put an offer on it, but note that it will take me a couple of days before the ISK is ready.
