Are you starting the client via Exefile.exe? if so then please review this post:

I'm having this problem too, it worked right after i updated but then it stopped working. And i'm using the launcher.

I'm having this too, but only when running Eve in Windows 8.1 on my desktop PC.

On my laptop (Ubuntu + wine) it works fine, and if I boot the desktop PC into Ubuntu(+wine) it works also. Pretty strange.

Edit: Using the launcher for every case above.

In hindsight my post should have had more psssshhhh

I too am using the launcher shortcut from C:\Program Files (x86)\CCP\EVE\launcher. It doesn't work on any of my accounts. I put in a bug report as well.

Also unable to access the store, also using the launcher. I submitted a ticket as directed.

I usually use a shortcut to Exefile.exe!
But following the instructions I used the Launcher shortcut for both my accounts (They are both launched from a single install on Windows 7 Pro) no dice on Store!

Following the above instructions, I can load the store on both accounts.

Clearing the Launcher Cache and using the standard Launcher Short Cut. No Dice!

After looking at the store. Luckly I will only be looking at if there are anymore Amarr Ship skins launched

So I have gone back to my Exefile.exe shortcut as it is faster and far less hassle to launch both my accounts!
