Lockup after engaging in combat

This is has happened twice so far - once yesterday, and once on patch day.

I can be flying around, shooting up NPC's or other capsuleers perfectly fine, but on the two so far, I get a full client lockup - I can't activate anything, or interact at all in anyway.

The first instance I was shooting at the silo's in the mission "The Anomaly". This froze my client completely for about 30 seconds, before working perfectly fine for the rest of the night.

The second happened yesterday, during a PvP operation in the Amarr/Minmatar warzone - My client again froze, but this time I had to kill the EVE process as it didn't release the client. I managed to log back in to se the hostiles start targetting my ship after everyone else. Seems some pilots do have a sense of honour..


I don't know if any other players have been having this, but next time it happens I'll try to gather more information and post it here.
