EVE Online Offline Patch

Hello Fellow Reader,
Think there should be a page where players can download the patches for eve online then drop it in the CCP Directory and the launcher will automatically install it. The launcher would need to scan the patch to make sure it the right patch, then proceed. I'm not aware if there is such a thing, i haven't found any yet. If so can someone link it here cause i need to do so for the Kronos patch cause my internet is slow at home but not at school.

And you are supposed to be able to just drop the .patch file in the installation folder for the launcher to pick it up according to an old blue-post.

Speaking of the launcher:

Besides, the launcher already does more or less what you suggest. It scans for a patch, then downloads the files. You can configure the launcher to save patch files so if you multibox you won't have to download repeatedly.

Hi. Before anything happens I wanna know how resumable is the client download?

Before having to download 5.5GB that's a nice thing to know. I'll be travelling to a place with so-so internet speed with a brand new laptop and want to know if the internet drops (and will)What? the client downloader will resume it when it stopped?

Can't find another thread for this, so I posted here.
