ISSUE FIXED!
Seem telia.net got their act together while I was sleeping. 0% packet loss this morning. All is fine.

Client is unresponsive, kicks me out randomly so I ran pingplotter.

First 9 hops are fine but then i get huge losses starting on telia.net part of route.
Anyone else having this issue?

UPDATE:
Random parts of UI don't load on undocking: chat, modules, overview etc.
Client won't close gracefuly after it happends, i have to kill it through task manager.

I tried rebooting my hardware, repairing client, running in DX9 and DX11. No changes.
