There is no reason why it shouldn't be possible
to use dresses without a "bottom".

I agree that there might be SOME dresses that would be deemed inappropriate,
but definitely not ALL THE DRESSES.

Yeah I know and you're probably right,
but I wanted devs to actually see and read this.

They always say devs read in F&I,
but there's not really much proof of that.

Otoh, devs continuously read here, so it's worth a try.
