i'm the closest thing to an IT department that we have.

removing audio drivers is a fun thing to do to someone.

or gradually reducing mouse sensitivity, bit by bit over a few weeks, then ramping it back up.

Edit: or, if you have one lying around, replace their flatscreen with an old CRT
