So I have already dropped this information in several public channels as it is, but I would let it be known that i am putting out a standing Bounty on one of our Fellow Capsuleers. You will find the data and profile information below, as well as standing payouts for his termination.

Believed to be In an NPC Corp Now, possibly looking to begin his own corp

Wanted For:
~ Corporate Espionage
~ Failure to Pay Renters Bill
~ Minor Theft ( about 50m in goods lol )

He is Known to be a High Sec Carebear now, typically mining in Gallente Space in a procurer or retriever but also goes into low security space and W-Space seeking minerals to build his own Carrier and Dreadnaught Solo. He frequently AFK's in Dangerous space to watch Starwars ( No im not kidding he lost a procurer less than 24 hours ago doing that ).

He is also a Proteus and Nemesis Pilot ( not many good skills for either and lacks level 5 subsystems ) who shoots suspects on stations and dies, often in an improper fit. If you don't Believe me check his killboard!

Standing Payouts for his termination:
15 Million ISK - Pod kill mail with your name attached And Corpse contracted to me directly
15 Million ISK - Mining Barge Kill mail in high Security Space ( suicide Gank, Suspect tagged, or Duel honored )
20 Million ISK - Mining Barge or Exhumer Kill Mail in Low Security Space
100 Million ISK - For the Death of either of His Soon to be completed Capitals ( thanatos and Moros Class FYI )
15 Million ISK - For a T1 Industrial kill mail with Cargo of any value

To Claim any of these Rewards Simply mail me with the kill mail showing your pilot ( Must be sent from the pilot who killed him ) On or after the date of June First 2014.

An Additional 10m Will be offered to Pilots who kill this capsuleer while he is transporting the Stolen Capital Construction Parts. Should they drop we will buy them back directly at Jita Market Sell Price. Merely Contract them to me or send me an in game mail.

These bounties will be Valid Until July 1st 2014, the capital Bounties are valid for the Next 3 months

Nope Didn't really upset any of us, Were just offering a simple bounty for his termination, had he gotten away with more goods we would be offering a higher bounty.

Plus its a good start for the less experienced Bounty hunters who don't have as much combat experience, since Neither does Phoenix.

Offer 20% up to X in payouts. Only way this works.

So you expect this "less experienced bounty hunter" to track this guy across the galaxy, stage a masterful execution of an attack on this random fellow, and then mail you this killmail on your word that you will pay him?


For a whole 15 mil?

Pretty much. Bounty-ing someone for less than 1/60th of the ship price seems kinda futile.

I'll set him red and if I see him I'll kill him. No way I'm going out of my way for that kind of payout though.
