Hi guys

I recorded a small fight that my alliance had against the Goonswarm Federation and gave it some narration. It's my first video of this kind and I don't get into that much detail, but it should still be entertaining to watch. I hope some of you will learn something new.

But do you really get 1000 dps of thoose VNI? If you don't use any Camel Empire magic it seems like they top out at 900ish.

Anyhow, its just nice to have a commentary track + coms on videos.


EDIT

Now I see. The ingame dps is actual higher than the EFT numbers for the Geckos.

Its 996,7 DPS in drones with pre-kronos stats, will be lower after the patch.

Great video!

It was a shame you could not get any capital kills but i suppose when you tackle on in null it's a race against time to kill it before more drop in.

As for your narrating it was clear and easy to understand what you were saying as a non-native English speaker Cool

Also you did a good job on the commentary. I know how much of an issue it can be for nonnative English speakers.

Just a few questions: Which programs are you using and what did you use for the rotating 3d Huginn?

Fyi, 0111(...) is an alt of Zungen, as some of the carriers that got dropped (Stain, Admiral, that's all I remember). He's the one trying to save GSF tackled carriers, sometimes at the price of a super.

[Settings] and set "Nebula" to "green"

You can record the screen with Open Broadcaster: https://obsproject.com/
It's free and open software.

Tamber is allready working on a new browser based ship spinning software: http://www.caldariprimeponyclub.com/
But it does not support rotating as of yet.

Always nice to see people do commentary videos! I'd only recomend you put the watch list up, so we know how the rest of your fleet is going. Fleet fights are already hard to explain because much of the action is not centered on you, so that tool helps a bit to immerse into the fight.

I doubt that will help much against large drones ;-)
