I'm interested in buying a character skilled to fly a Machariel and / or Vargur. I am looking for very strong gunnery / shield / navigation skills.

Please link posts / eve boards if you are selling and I'll hopefully find one that works!

I have a significant budget up to 20 bil, but obviously depends on quality of the character
