omnidirectional track link scripts?

just as the name implies. i dont know if these are coming out, but it would be kewl to script for tracking or optimal..

thoughts?

My first thought is that they already use those two scripts at this very moment.

Comfirming that it is indeed kewl to script these things for tracking or optimal. OP should give it a try.

i put them on my rattler and my gila.
i looked at drone stats before and after. i undocked and looked at drone states while it was turned on and off, drones in and out.
i put the tracking script in.
checked both deployed and in the bay.

the tracking doesnt change with any mod. is it broke?

if u put the drone nav computer, you will see in drone stats it changes the base MWD speed., if you put DDA's, you will see it changes damage and stuff...but the omni directional track links isnt seeming to work, scripted, unscripted, on, off, whatever...
i even took it off the ship and checked the tracking on my drones. i checked info on the drones prolly 12-15 times during this experiment.
nothing changed the tracking or optimal.

anyone else wanna give this a try and see what i am doing wrong? i put in a bug report. i would love to cancel it (i know they re busy)

Omni no longer show bonuses onto your drones for whatever reason. The bonuses are still applied though. I too miss the days when I could actually tell my domi' s full range without using EFT.

I don't think it ever showed. Just gota use it in combat to see

the new low slot omni changes the drone stats while in the drone bay. you can click on info and itll show the tracking change from .696 to .7447 with 1 link.

why doesnt the mid slot work? odd..
