Getting desktop and need help on build

I'm looking to buy a desktop from cyberpowerpc and need help on what to get for ram, vid card, motherboards, power supply, and HDD. I know the intel core should be quad. And I donut know what overclocking is except making PC work faster. in general I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to PC builds and want a good one to enjoy eve in my second and many more years of it budget does not mater because I can save money for it well enough that it will not take that long with my starting 1255 budget
