Is it safe to assume that these are dropping in drone regions? If so are they dropping out of standard Hordes, belts etc. or only escalations?

Since the only thing the drones seem to drop are crap or a 1 in a million chance for a nexus chip will the drop rates be decent? I am not sure what is decent as drones do not drop anything but crap.

They have a small chance of dropping whenever a Sentient Battleship NPC is on field and dies. So that means: Belts, anoms and escalations
