As for your direct involvement in death or genocide of Caldari people, I have no data available on this matter, but since you are a gallentean, these subjects should be investigated in detail as highly probable.

As the part of me appearing before CBT (since it is the correct judicial Caldari corporation, and not CEP), that would be simply stupid without actual charges against me. Would you like to accuse me in something maybe?

Let me clarify by saying that I invoked the CEP to assure the cluster that I was speaking about the legitimate head of the Caldari State, and not any other potential alternate bodies that claim the title at this time.

Now, to try and wade through the pages and pages of conversation that has gone on while I have been asleep...

I think Ixiris easily provided us with the terms of reference for your trial, whether undertaken by the CBT or a military tribunal of some decript.

Treason. Aiding or conspiring to aid a wanted criminal. You get the idea, there's enough to choose from.

Have your day in court, and I'll have mine and we'll see where the rational law puts us.

On other hand, I has reconsidered your proposition.
I really doubt that CBT would even look at us and will just laugh, since they are busy with rather serious business cases, involving huge sums of money and large corporations.
As for treason, the best way would be to judge me in the corporation I serve - the State Protectorate.
Please, send them your complaint!

As for treason on national level, I think only CPD were doing such processes. Unfortunately, the corporation is defunct now.
Also, this corporation would be the best choice for judging a gallentean, who was spreading dangerous to our nation ideas, since again, it was the only corporation that worked on this level.

However, there is still an option: we can gather personnel, that were working on this corporation before it was disbanded, and pay them to process both cases by the former corporation protocols.

Until new entity that would serve function of CPD will emerge, this will be the best course of action.

It should also be noted that Diana Kim keeps incorrectly invoking the Caldari Business Tribunal as the judicial authority for all matters in the State, which suggests she lacks knowledge of how the State's legal system actually works. Having actually consulted with Odo Haakalen - the official capsuleer representative of the CEP - on multiple occasions, I can say with authority that the Caldari Business Tribunal's remit is limited to the resolution of business-related law - contract disputes, copyright issues, investment deals, etc.

The CEP has legal remit to deal with legal issues that are considered "a matter of national interest," which is why they - for instance - have full and valid legal authority to declare someone a terrorist, call for their arrest and dissolve illicit positions within the State's government. They're also fully qualified to deal with cases of treason. At no point does the CBT enter into these matters whatsoever.

Repeating what I have just said with other words, and telling I don't understand it, was rather stupid move, Ixiris.

That's why you've recently showed up there as well.

Braindead morons make up 95% of the people that buy from me. I'm just making them buy a little quicker. Short bursts of activity in there are harmless if you don't talk to them or drink the same punch.

Disappointed?
Tell it to crews of all the ships I have destroyed so far.
Tell it to those, who died in the wrecks, that I popped because my salvage crew were too far away to collect remains and make sure no one survived.
Tell it to dead clones and destroyed assets.

You know, traitor, I am pretty much content with what I do, while I keep killing criminals like you and like those, who serve criminal gallentean hegemony.
The less of you will remain - the sooner the State will win.

Yeah. You excel in performance in what basically amounts to a gated community for the people who think that what they are doing helps the State in any way whatsoever. Well done. Really.

You're a joke, Kim. I'd love for you to find a State loyal who takes you seriously. You're sort of like a over-dressed clown at this point.

Only thing to really mention here is, how many of you can boast the dedication she has towards anything really? Be it really twisted logic she subscribes to, and not really reasonably sound justifications to it. That dedication is atleast admirable. And don't get me wrong, this is coming from someone who she most likely wouldn't think twice about firing her 75mms on, and I wouldn't think twice to use my 125 or 200mms on, depending on which crew I decided to send to their deat... err lead to victory..... I don't necessarily like you kim, our political beliefs don't mesh well, but I can't say you don't have my respect for sticking to your guns so to speak...

No, Yuan.
I am a combat pilot and I just do my job and serve the State.
It is you, who are a joke, Yuan, not me. It is you, who do nothing and just scream on forums. Even sanshas, who brainwashed and extracted parts of your brain, turning you into zombie, weren't happy with their work and just dumped you out as another useless creation.

I reason with Andreus by sitting down with him over a beer. He's actually pretty reasonable provided you stay away from a couple of hot-button topics. If he screamed 'Kill all Caldari' then I'd probably slap him one to bring him to his senses.

I reasoned with Gallente death squads in Black Rise by having them put up against walls and shot, when we captured any of them - which wasn't often. Ditto for Gallente death squads on Caldari Prime. Soldiers deserve soldiers and the Black Eagles aren't the only ones who can give bloody orders.

I'd really reasoned with him like you did with Gallente death squads.
But on other hand, it would be extrrremenly interesting to just sit with you two with some beer to just see how would he snivel looking at my face!

Given that every single capsuleer you've ever tried to go toe-to-toe with has knocked you senseless, I strongly suspect that the "everyone" you're quoting is the same "everyone" who supports your ideas of genocide and cultural destruction - i.e. a vanishingly small number of people in the real world.

But you're welcome to try.
