How strong is the US/North American TZ in your corp/alliance/territory

I am just curious what corps, alliances and regions of space have the strongest US TZ presence. This may have been a better topic for CAOD but I am also curious about lowsec and regions outside of Jita that engage in "questionable" practices.

No jita plz.

I don't get this question - every system in EVE.

Areas like Stain, Syndicate, Drone Regions operate mostly on an European/Asian timezone basis while places like Provi and Catch lean towards peak activity during US timezones.

As for Highsec, literally the entire damn thing peaks around the time the west coast gets off work.

I imagine not every system, Govenor. A buddy of mine starts wars with miners, has 5 going right now, but his neck of hte woods is a ghost town. Carebears everywhere, but how many people are poking the bears?

Domi thanks for the feedback, though I live in your neck of the woods and that has been my observation of my bubble of influence. Smile

every group I would imagine, unless its country specific, i.e. Russian corps, French corps, etc.

There was a presentation at the 2007 fan fest (I went to it) they showed slide showing where players in eve are based. I always thought eve was mostly euro... but in 07 about 65% of eve's player base is in the us. so that was something

OMG Comet Mining idea!!! Comet Mining!

You can find out by checking killboards, and looking at corp info, but thinking about it there's no tool to check alliance/corp or system/region peaks in activity by timezone. Somebody poke Chribba. It'd probably be a really handy tool to be able to track peak NPC and player kills across a 24 hour period on a map tool. Same for corps and alliances, just an average somewhere either using ingame features or out.

Seems legit. Let me just go ahead and post the times of day where my corporation, alliance and even coalition are most/least active.

hmmm, are you implying that "questionable" practices are done/engaged mostly during US TZ peak/prime time?

It's our duty to log in every day and inject some freedom into the space-communist ways of others. 'Merica Cool

"Strength of the U.S. timezones..."
"...questionable practices...."

Interesting linkage there.

No Russian timezones to go with their
"...questionable practices...."

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

No, "questionable" practices occur at all times. I am interested in when and where the fun is during my time.

I live in the drone regions, for me it is usually quiet. I love playing with my euro buds but on weeknights they typically wrap up srs business fleets about the time I am ready to settle in, and I hardly ever see Russians, which I understand this is their ancestral home.

Well with Serenity being a separate server and all, we have no one to outsource our industry jobs to... so we gotta do it ourselves Roll

100% in our corp. We even force the filthy Brits and Euros to get up on our timetable. They try to whine about never getting any sleep, but we don't care; it's well deserved for living in the wrong TZs.

I think the European timezone has a seemingly stronger presence due to the fact that late night for Europeans is around afternoon times for American (you can take this to mean the country or the continents) players, so many US timezone players also play in the European timezone, whereas later on in US TZ is very late night/early morning for EU TZ players and most of them won't be online at all.

On the side note being AU TZ is suffering. The moment AU TZ players wake up most USTZ start going to bed.

Post with your NPC alt main and not your main main alt!
