The Gallentean Hegemon?
You seem to invest us with such power, sadly perhaps more than we have.

I'm happy to take that assessment however. If it means less of people like you, then bring on Federate unipolarity!

I think the worst thing for you, perhaps, is that you fascinate so much upon killing so many people as if that will bring you closer to your goal of destroying my way of life. While such massacres without reason are horrific, they are perhaps the least effective thing you could do.

The Federation is an idea, any first grade politics student knows that. It is the concept of freedom, individuality, and democracy. All of which are good ideas that can never be killed. They will always come back, they will always fight back. It's lucky that you are an immortal, Diana dear, because your dreams will require the end of this universe to come to fruition.

So come, try as hard as you may. Slaughter innocents, invade Gallente Prime, destroy the Senate and assassinate the President.

Wipe out every single trace of Gallentean DNA.

You still won't win.

So again, our answer is no. The Federation must not be destroyed, because its soul cannot be.

Especially not by you.

Maybe I am not a prophet, but I have a direct and open message to the world.

THE FEDERATION MUST BE DESTROYED.

You know, the Federation owes people like you a debt of gratitude. Without an external threat the Federation would likely have destroyed itself by now. Thank you for your service, and for keeping the Federation alive. o7

Apparently they weren't as clearly worded as you believe. The only summary that springs to mind for most is along the lines of 'Utter Bullshit.'

The last time this kind of message emerged, the thread quickly filled with unrelated petty squabbles, so I don't think derailment is much of a concern, really.

Also, I'm going to assume that pilot Blackwind is correct in her observation with regard to physical locations. Your insight is appreciated.

Maby you should consider keeping your hate speeches in that thread, instead of derailing everyone else's topics....

I think this may, in a variety of ways, be referencing Intaki Prime...

The OP has abandoned a ship for us to find as a prize, the rest of his message is a pointer to the system (somewhere in Amarr space, most likely) and the location in-system. At least that's my interpretation of his riddle.

Edit: Here, for the comparison purposes, is the first riddle by this person.

...No. It's not Intaki Prime. It's Sarum Prime. Planet V?

Edit: I've checked Sarum Prime V-2 and the last moon in the system and found nothing. Apparently my guess was wrong. Ah well.

I had a detailed posting prepared to explain why I believe Seneun's writing was referring to Intaki Prime, but my GalNet connection seemed to go on-the-fritz. I'll try to reproduce that posting.

The second stanza seems to a Caldari leader who attempted an invasion or other conquering action ("Elder of the two-faced countenance of command, descendent of Raata, who sought reversal of his vassalage"), and either was repulsed outright or was unable to hold the conquered area for long ("who sought reversal of his vassalage, now but a whisper on the Mountain Wind.
").
The most recent actions that fit this description are the retaking of Intaki Prime by Federal forces, and the siege of Caldari Prime and subsequent retaking of that world during Operation Highlander.

The third stanza makes reference to a "patinaed sky "; "patinaed" refers to a greenish hue similar to oxidized copper - like that prominently cast by the great nebula and interstellar dust within Federation space.
Intaki Prime - or, more technically, Intaki V - is "fifth from the funerary pyre" in being the fifth world from its star (which, in millions of years' time, will expand to consume the inner worlds as the pyre consumes the flesh).
Additionally, the phrase "Salient of the Siege" can refer to the Intaki System's proximity to the CEPWA front , which would make references to the Intaki System as a "salient" ("an outwardly projecting part of a fortification, trench system, or line of defense") standing against Caldari incursions appropriate.
Moreover, "three birds [casting] two shadows" can refer to the conflict between the Federaton Navy (one flock of "birds"), the Caldari Navy (a second flock of "birds"), and Mordu's Legion (a third set of "birds"; retained by the Intaki Assembly for system security & recruiting heavily/primarily from the Caldari Navy (thus "being/sharing a shadow")).
Finally, the phrase regarding " the patrician's retinue of vultures partake their fetid feast" could be taken to be a reference to the significant Serpentis forces who find sustenance in "fetid" criminal undertakings.

The fourth stanza makes reference to "the manse of the Reborn". Note the capitalization of "Reborn"; it is very likely a reference to Ida & the Idama.
However, the Intaki System has only three jump gate assemblies; the fourth of the mentioned "four-fold path" could be a wormhole that leads outside of known space, to "the open sea" of stars not claimed by the Big Four. The mentioned "terminal waystone " is likely one of Intaki Prime's many moons, whichever happens to be closest to such a wormhole.
The final statement of the fourth stanza worries me; "the errant winged shade does haunt" likely refers to some power(s) operating from the shadows (rogue Serpentis, or something even more insidious... Provist remnants, perhaps?) and "birdsong braced to break the kin-borne saturninity" could refer to calls to civil strife that pit Intaki against Intaki at a level not seen since the original schism between the Caldari and the rest of the Federation.

The original passage strikes me as a veiled warning of ill fortunes to befall Home; we must determine what is to happen, and take appropriate action to protect intaki!

Keima’s end, Keimon’s end our guarantee.

So he's used the same pangram at the header, but there's still no indication of the second key if it is based on some sort of cryptosystem. The messages are much more metaphorical, so I'm wondering what the basis for including it would be.

I think Pilot Osyn surmised in that first thread that the intended recipients must have that second key, which perhaps leads to a message within the message.

Which leaves us with the metaphor. I think I'll contact some old classmates from SAK to see if we can puzzle it out.
