@Xercodo: I like the pose, could make for a very smug portrait, if the facial expression would be different. Can't decide whether your laughing or being angry or in pain xD so I think it's "crazy". The shadow under your chin/jaw looks a little weird, especially when looking at the large portrait. Background doesn't work very well for me, either.
On the other hand, it's a very recognizable picture.

I'll give you 5/10 because, in the end, the facial expression confuses me xD

I like the subtle jut of the cheekbones and the cheeks that catch the shadows. I also like the scar that barely catches the light. There's a lot of personality to the face, even the eyes that are downcast but suspicious.

The only thing is, my eyes are confused to see brown, blue, and white in the same frame (without it being a house against a summer sky)..

9/10.

Not too bad!

Outfit and background could maybe do with a lil spicing up, simple (yet effective).

Face is the interesting part. Strong features, and a cheeky expression. Hard and with a look of aged wisdom, but with some spice thrown in with that hairstyle. I see you like to dye it red? I like to dye mine black, like my Achuran family, even though I'm really Intaki.

Lighting is good and position in the frame seems good too. Personally I'd try lifting him up just a tiny, tiny wittle bit, and maybe experimenting with the next level of zoom.

Overall a solid avatar that gets a solid 8/10 ! Pirate

The facial expression is not very .. eh.. expressive, the pose is relatively boring and your hair seems to be almost merging with the background.
On the other hand your face sculpting is interesting and good, the lighting looks fine, and the little tilt of the head saves the otherwise boring pose at least a bit.

Nice nose, it goes well with those eyes. But the background is boooring and doesn't matches to the camera angle, how you manage to have a nebula under your feet? Will say 7/10.

You clearly strive for -and accomplish- originality in appearance. I can appreciate that. Color coordination is off putting and makes me somewhat uncomfortable. I can appreciate that too.
