Accepting TOS in Launcher Problem

I just updated my test sever client for EVE, and now when attempting to log it I'm required to accept a License Agreement. The problem is that that License Agreement shows up in the same space that the sign-in on the launcher is. The License Agreement is stuck in a space too small for it, and I have no way of actually finding and clicking accept. All I have access to is this little corner of text that I can scroll up and down with the mouse wheel.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Just downloaded a new patch for the test server, and the problem persists. After logging on I get a License Agreement which I need to Accept, but it's confined in the tiny little login space and I have no way of actually accepting.

Still not fixed, still can't get past the launcher to log into the test server. Would love some sort of response, am I the only who's had this problem?
